There is much talk in the business, socialmedia and tech worlds about the possibility of AOL selling TechCrunch, as well as Engadget. This is the rumor despite an AdAge interview with Tim Armstrong, AOL's CEO, saying the contrary. Armstrong is quoted as saying, "We are planning to invest in those properties, not sell".
